Ya y'all don't get a doc with season pass

You MUST goto the ingame blackops stoee and download the maps

Keep in mind you lot must meet all the conditions to download or yous will fail

Business relationship region

Actual region

Console region

And this is IMPORTANT

linguistic communication region MUST MATCH

Then having uk English or u.s.a. english language in France or Deutschland won't work

And language and region independence does NOT apply to 360games

Ngocphi, I went into the game, the ingame shop showed up and I clicked it and information technology disappeared. I did some ability cycles and it never showed dorsum upward.

Alright! In your example, you lot probably accept to install the additional content. Follow these steps:

1. Go to My Games & Apps > Games.
2. Highlight Black Ops 2, printing the Carte push button (three lines) and select Manage Game and add together-ons.
3. On the adjacent screen, click the game content (game'due south name).
4. Within of the game's content, printing on Select All and then Salvage Changes.
5. Wait for the content to install.

Claus, I looked on some other threads from a while agone, I got the ingame shop to testify up. Now it is saying Premium content is blocked on my account and telling me to go to Ptivacy & online settings and update it. At that place is no choice on the xbox 1 for me to alter that I haven't already. I take my content and unrestricted and it is all the same telling me that it is blocked. It might be talking about xbox 360 settings, but I never ported the business relationship over from a 360, nor can I admission xbox 360 settings. Any advice for this?

Even if yous never played in a bodily Xbox 360 console, you are technically subject to the Xbox 360 Privacy settings. To change those settings, follow these steps:

1. Access this page: https://get.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=746875
2. Select change the settings to Everyone/Allow on the iii tabs (Privacy / Xbox 1/Windows 10 Online Prophylactic / Xbox 360 Online Safety). Mainly, make sure that information technology everything is ready to permit on the two last tabs. You can go along the Privacy tab settings as you desire. Make sure to select Submit on the cease of the page when you lot change the settings on a tab.
three. Check if the game works on Black Ops 2.

This didn't work, it is all the same showing the same message. I changed the settings to be permit/everyone on everything and nothing changed I airtight the game a re-opened it to ensure the settings were practical.

I got in contact with Microsoft and they are currently looking into it. I tried redownloading the business relationship to get information technology to piece of work. It wasn't in a family, at present it is an organizer of 1 to encounter if that would've worked and information technology didn't. I will keep the thread posted on this only incase anybody else has the same effect equally me.
